Simply amazing.
PEMF mat is just wonderful for pain relief, especially after exercise. I use the mat first thing in the morning for 40mins to start the day and I feel quite rejuvenated and energised. In the evening I use for 40mins on the low setting and I've not had a bad night's sleep. I was having problems sleeping and since using the mat I've had really good quality sleep ,no nightmares or waking and not being able to get back to sleep. It's changed my life.
