Answering your questions about LYMA

If you’ve escaped the hype around LYMA and the LYMA Laser, where have you been? Their must-have medical-grade anti-ageing device is so talked-about, so we're here to answer some of your questions. But if you’re pressed for time, here’s simplified version:

  1. Yes, the LYMA Laser really works.
  2. Yes, the LYMA Laser is worth the money.
  3. Yes, the LYMA Laser is safe.

What is the brand about?

LYMA is a med-tech company; founded by Lucy Goff following a harrowing battle with septicaemia (blood poisoning). It’s dedicated to the science of beauty and wellness. LYMA leverages a team of global scientists to look at what’s available in a clinical setting that delivers real, rejuvenation benefits and then they bring that into the home. The results are gold-standard products with the same results as clinical devices but available for at-home use. Their flagship device is the LYMA Laser for anti-ageing.

What is the LYMA Laser?

The LYMA Laser is a medical-grade near-infrared laser light therapy device for in-home anti-ageing. It combines blue light and laser light into one powerful - yet safe - anti-ageing tool. It’s so gentle, you don’t need goggles to protect your eyes. But it penetrates deeper than any other light-emitting diode (LED) or radiotherapy device to offer more intense skin regeneration.

It treats the following skin conditions:

  • Acne
  • Sagging
  • Rosacea
  • Bruising
  • Scars
  • Wrinkles
  • Hyperpigmentation
  • Skin elasticity
  • Thread veins

And it does so without creating a damage response in your body. (That’s what most other anti-ageing devices do.) Instead, it sends messages to your cells to just stop the ageing process and turn the collagen-producing cells back on. The result is plumper, firmer skin with less pigmentation and visible signs of ageing.

Does LYMA Laser really work?

The LYMA Laser has very impressive before and after photos featuring dramatic transformations for people suffering from acne, sagging and bruising, scars, wrinkles and rosacea. Since these intense results were previously only available in a clinical setting, it’s creating a lot of attention and industry voices are impressed. It’s also totally pain-free. It doesn’t work by damaging the skin to make a healing response plump it up. Instead, it goes deeper into the tissue and muscle to make changes at the genetic level; effectively turning off your ageing cells.

Is the LYMA Laser worth the money?

The LYMA Laser has been put through its paces by dozens of media and beauty publications with rave reviews. And while it is expensive, when you look at the cost of clinical laser treatments at the same frequency at which you can use the LYMA Laser, the device pays for itself in just a few months with regular use.

Is LYMA Laser safe?

Absolutely. The near-infrared laser and blue LED lights are so perfectly tuned that you don’t even need to use goggles with the device. Plus, the LYMA Laser isn’t heating your cells or forcing them to contract or creating a damage response of any kind. It’s just gently changing the commands to your cells from ageing to non-ageing.
